It happened shortly before 6 p.m. at the Brownlee Jewelers at the Park Road Shopping Center.
The three robbers, who wore hoods and bandanas to cover their faces, ordered everyone to the ground with their arms out, said a customer, who did not want to be identified.
They used a crowbar to smash a case that contained jewels, grabbed some and put them in a tote, the customer told Channel 9.
A fourth person was waiting outside in a getaway car, and the four managed to escape without arrests, police said.
No injuries were reported.
On Oct. 27, two men robbed Chopt at gunpoint in the same shopping center.
Kevin Daon and David Pham work in the shopping center and would like to see more police presence.
"They come around here more times," David Pham said. "They can show."
